We picked out two articles this week because we liked how the subjects approached serious topics from a different perspective. There are many ways to tell a story, and many ways to encourage people to interact, engage, and relate to your story.

It’s heartbreaking for a parent to have to help their child through a terminal illness, and everybody has their own way of facing it. This New Yorker was interesting because this parent took his professional skills to apply them in a way to help others understand terminal illness.
